I like it.

Really righteous character design. It's hard to come up with fresh ideas for 'creepy' at this point, but you've succeeded. I love that he just melts into pools of black. It'd be really cool to see this character moving.

Love the use of color, but I think it'd pump up the creep factor if there was a little more contast in the skin.

Very organic and groovy, I love the feel of the lines and your use of different thicknesses. Additionally I like the dulled colors and the contrast of warm and cool. Great work, youngin'!

Definitely not one of my favorites of yours, the split paneling and changing colors is a really awesome concept and it looks incredibly neat for a ms paint piece. However, that big black space kind of detracts for me.
